Inquiries and scheduling

The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. It does not send your message or store it in a website database. You choose whether to send it. The scheduling link opens Dr. Cherry’s existing calendar service, which handles your information under its own practices.

Paid work

The 90 Minute Strategy Session with Dr. Cherry is $497. Payment is collected upfront through the scheduling service using Stripe. Your booking is confirmed after payment succeeds. The free introductory call is 15 minutes and does not require payment. Private coaching, group training, formal assessments, and software subscriptions are scoped and priced separately.

The Growth Check and free resources

The Growth Check processes answers in your browser without transmitting them to a website database or saving them in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page clears them. It is an informal reflection, not a diagnostic or strengths assessment. Downloads do not require an email address or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Business assessment and email copies

You can complete the business reflection, view the report, and save or print it without providing contact details. Answers and action plan notes stay in the open tab until you close or refresh it.

If you choose “Email me my report,” your first name, email address, report, original responses, and current action plan are sent to Personality Matters, Inc. through GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel creates or updates your contact record, adds the business assessment tag, and processes your report email. This button requests the report; it does not subscribe you to a separate marketing sequence. Only include information you want to share with Personality Matters, Inc.

The website keeps coded request identifiers and delivery-request status to limit duplicate requests and misuse. It does not keep the report content or plain-text contact details in its delivery database. These technical records expire after seven days and are removed when the delivery service next processes a request. Contact and email records remain in GoHighLevel; email us to ask about access or deletion.

Career reflection and personal reports

The question preview does not submit answers or create a report. When saved reflections are open, your answers are stored privately on this website as you work. A saved-session key on your device lets you return to your reflection. Abandoned drafts are removed after 30 days when the service next processes a new reflection.

When you request a report, Personality Matters, Inc. receives your name, email address, optional phone number, and answers. OpenAI helps prepare your report from those answers. Dr. Cherry can review and edit submitted reflections and reports. Submitted answers and report versions remain saved until deleted. GoHighLevel receives the contact and report delivery links to create or update your contact record and send the requested email. A separate, optional checkbox records whether you would like occasional notes; requesting a report alone does not enroll you in marketing.

Your report link is private to people who have it. Keep it somewhere secure and share it only with people you choose. The email PDF download link expires after 48 hours; you can still download a fresh PDF from your private report page. No call or paid booking is required to receive a report. The report is a structured vocational reflection based on your answers. It is not a validated test score, a clinical diagnosis, or a prediction of success.

Students and younger visitors

For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must make the initial inquiry and give permission. Tools must be age appropriate and used in keeping with school requirements.

Research and service scope

Research notes link to their sources, explain important limits, and identify practical suggestions. Study results are not promises about your results. Services on this site provide consulting, coaching, education, and practical AI guidance. They do not include clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Images and external services

The working portrait and illustrations are AI assisted brand visuals based on Dr. Cherry’s photograph. They illustrate possible working experiences and are not client testimonials. Hosting and external services may process technical request information. Fonts load from Google Fonts. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added.
